Heritage Award and Athletic Hall of Fame Award

St. Dominic Savio Catholic high school Athletic Hall of Fame Award and the heritage award

The newly created Savio Athletic Hall of Fame Award was announced by President Tim Cullen in November 2023. The goal of the award is to recognize individuals who have excelled in athletics and servant leadership since graduating from St. Dominic Savio Catholic High School. The criteria for nomination and selection include:

● How the student-athlete made an impactful difference in support of the school and its community through athletic accomplishments while attending Savio.

● Examples of how the alum participated in athletics after graduation from Savio.

● Examples of how the alum has or is currently demonstrating servant leadership through athletics and/or community activities. 

The Heritage Award is presented to outstanding individuals who fall under at least one of the following criteria:

• A friend of Savio who has made an impactful difference in support of the school and its community.
• A distinguished alumnus who has shown their life reflects the formation and values learned as a student of Savio through their exemplary example.
