Eagle Fund Annual Appeal

The Eagle Fund is a way for our community to support the educational journey of every Savio student on an annual basis.  It is the first and most important fundraising effort of the year because it is built directly into the school's current operating budget. It is purposefully budgeted to fill the gap between what it costs to educate a student and what is actually paid in tuition.

It helps us provide a rigorous, comprehensive, college-preparatory education, steeped in the tenants of our Catholic faith. We ask each family to support the Eagle Fund annually.

Every dollar raised is used in the year for the current year, funding items such as tuition assistance, spiritual enrichment opportunities, teacher professional development, and resources and technology which elevate each students' learning experience.

Together we are stronger!  We know there are many worthy causes asking for your participation, but supporting the mission of Savio is of vital importance.  That is why the school community of board members, faculty and staff, friends, alumni and their parents, grandparents, and current parents are all asked to make a gift to this appeal to the fullest extent they are financially able to.

This year we will kick off the Eagle Fund Week of Giving on October 7.

Of course, if you missed it, this annual appeal runs from July 1 to June 30, in conjunction with the school's fiscal year. All gifts are 100% tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the current IRS rules. Your gift to the Eagle Fund helps keep tuition as low as possible - and the educational experience of each student top-notch.

We are grateful for your commitment to St. Dominic Savio through a pledge, paid over time, a recurring gift, or a one-time gift to the Eagle Fund.

Gifts may be made in the following ways:

  • Pledge now and pay later.
  • Make a one-time gift or set up a bi-weekly or monthly recurring gift.
  • Donate gifts of stock or securities.

Payments can be made via EFT, credit card, check, matching gift from your employer, or even appreciated stocks or securities. You can designate your annual appeal gift towards tuition assistance, should that be your passion, or allow the leadership to use it in that area of greatest need.

All annual fund commitments must be fulfilled by June 30.  Any payments received after that date will be credited to the following year's annual appeal. Thank you for your commitment to Savio and please contact Gina Kerley in the Advancement Office for further assistance.
