Project Graduation

What is Project Graduation?
Project Graduation is a nationwide parent-led program providing a safe, substance-free celebration for high school students the evening of graduation. This annual event is a capstone one for our Savio graduates.

When is Project Graduation 2026?
The evening of graduation, May 23, 2026, beginning at midnight and ending at 6:00 a.m. on Sunday, May 24. Cost is $70. 

Who chaperones this event?
It is parent-run and therefore, chaperoned by parents of Savio students, from any grade. Uniformed security will also be in attendance to ensure everyone’s safety.

How is it funded?
Project Graduation is entirely parent-led and 100% funded by donations. Scholarships are available. To assist with donations or participate in fundraisers, please contact the committee chair at savioprojectgraduation@gmail.com.

What will graduates do all night?
We promise to keep them busy, fed, highly-caffeinated and with some swag! Every graduate wins something from our raffle worth $100+ (last year we gave away $9,000+). Some activities include zip line, rock wall, casino, board games, s'more pits, with more to come.

How can a family support the event?
We are so glad you asked! There are several ways to support Project Graduation:

1. Volunteer to CHAPERONE at the event (3-hour shifts)
2. Make a monetary DONATION to support the event
3. Purchase something from our AMAZON WISH LIST (wish list coming soon!)
5. Support our FUNDRAISERS
