Savio Endowment Fund

We appreciate your interest in the St. Dominic Savio Catholic High School Endowment Fund, managed by the Catholic Foundation – Diocese of Austin.  The Catholic Foundation exists to provide professional management for individual endowment funds established for the benefit of Catholic organizations, agencies, and institutions located in the Catholic Diocese of Austin.

A gift to the Savio Endowment Fund will help to ensure the continuing availability of affordable Catholic secondary education at St. Dominic Savio Catholic High School.

The St. Dominic Savio Catholic High School Endowment Fund was created in 2012 with the Catholic Foundation.  The fund was created with a generous gift of $30,000, and has continued to grow through additional gifts and sound investment management.  The fund will be used for tuition assistance initiatives of the high school. The annual income distribution available from the endowment fund is currently at 4% of the endowment’s average asset value.  At this time, distributions are reinvested for the purpose of building a larger corpus.

Persons interested in contributing to the school’s Endowment Fund contact Gina Kerley at 512-244-4861, or through email at gkerley@saviochs.org.

Why Endowments Matter
